Shelton <br />Director <br />r1 ~ ~ n Ci <br />L _I D <br />~ ~ 1 1982 <br />i.pi i .-i <br />Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />i <br />". the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a~NOtice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations, The Notice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 550,00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the Land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is August 23 <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 79, 80, 81, 82 , totalling S S20Q.00 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include th e <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
