Acreage values
reported appear accurate and represent the current reclamation status at the mine.
No additional disturbance or reclamation work was completed during 2005. Areas yet to
be reclaimed include 8.4 acres of area occupied by temporary sediment ponds. Activity
at the site during the calendar year included ditch maintenance and weed control
(knapweed) and the location of these activities were noted on maps included in the
report. One minor omission was noted on the ARR form. On future reports, please
fill in the total disturbed acres (105.8) under the heading For the Entire Life of
Mine.
We have no further questions at this time. If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,, ~P~
1~jj"/ -,..~..-.
Ken Gorham
Environmental Protection Specialist II
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand )unction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
