Spor Pit
MLR No. M-1995-038 Tax I.D.#
Dear Tawnya:
Enclosed is the Annual Report for the past year for the Spor Pit of Haldorson and Sons, Inc.,
including map and report form. Past records show that the annual date for the pit is October 30
of each year. The financial warranty for the permit is $18,573 and the total permit area is 9.90
acres. The current reclamation plan calls for reclamation upon the completion of mining.
The following information is provided to comply with Rule 2.4.1:
(1) Only slight new disturbances occurred within the past year. Most of the disturbance was
confined to mining more depth within the currently disturbed area. Since no new areas were
disturbed, no topsoil or overburden was available for salvaging. The topsoil stockpile in the
southwest comer still exists with approximately 1000 cubic yards of material. No new berms
have been constructed; nor any new stockpiles. The current area of disturbance is 4.75 acres.
(2) No reclamation took place within the past year. The current mining plan calls to mine out the
entire permit area prior to reclamation being undertaken.
(3) The current contact For this operation is:
Mark Haldorson Phone # (970) 209-1933
Haldorson and Sons, Inc.
