The report is complete and timely. The Division notes that that refuse was <br />being stockpiled rather than being placed in azeas 2% and 3, a common practice during <br />the winter. The report is, with the exception of configuration of the northern end of the <br />pile [Rule 4.09.1(11)(b)j, consistent with observations by the Division (Division <br />inspection report of 19 July 2006). <br />Yours truly, <br />1#yror~G.
