As was the case last <br /> year Mr. Bromley, the owner of the property, is still planning to <br /> develop the pit as a landfill for construction materials. He is <br /> still working on getting the Certificate of Designation but as of <br /> this time it has not been issued. <br /> No reclamation has been performed to date because it would be <br /> destroyed should this pit become a landfill. we will notify the <br /> Division as soon as we know what landowner wants to do. <br /> The effective date of all information contained herein is November <br /> 15, 1987 . Enclosed is the a check for $350 to cover the Annual <br /> fee.
