At this meeting, the Board will <br />consider a possible violation of your permit and the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act for failure to remit all annual fees required under the law and any <br />appropriate corrective action. Division records indicate you owe $50. The <br />meeting will cornnence at 9:00 a.m. each day.
