On July <br />10th the 3-Dam seepwater discharge valves were closed. The pipes were allowed to fill until <br />completely full on the morning of July IS`h. A sma[1 trash pump was used to speed up the filling <br />process. The inlet valves were closed at 9:30 am on July 15`h and the pressure gages were read at <br />9:45 am. The intial readings were 78 psi on the east valve and 76 psi on the west valve. At <br />10:15 am on the July 16~' the pressures were read again with no change.
