Box 314 <br /> Nucla, Colorado 81424 <br /> RE: File 877-500 <br /> Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires <br /> that <br /> . . . the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of <br /> the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The <br /> • Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or <br /> statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during previous <br /> year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and <br /> (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year. " <br /> Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is June 29 <br /> and annual fees for the year(s) 1982, totalling $50.00 are due on that <br /> date. <br /> If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as <br /> soon as possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees <br /> as required by the statute. Also, please include the required Notice of <br /> Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division up to elate as to <br /> the progress of mining and reclamation on the site. If you cannot include <br /> these materials with the fee, please indicate how soon we should expect <br /> to receive the materials. <br /> Please complete and return the enclosed form with your fees and reclamation <br /> data. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact our office. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Joseph G.
