Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Second quarter 2007 Waste Pile inspection report was received in the DMG office on June Zl, 2007. The inspection of <br />both piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on May 30, 2007. No additional material was <br />added to either pile during second quarter 2007. The mine is in temporary cessation. No additional maintenance items <br />were identified for either pile. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.09.1(11) the waste pile inspection report was sent to the Division in a timely fashion following <br />the inspection.
