As required by CRS 34-32.5-116, we are providing this Annual Report for the Heit Sand and Gravel Mine, DRMS file
M-2003-016.
The extent of current disturbances:
During the last permit year (September 2005-September 2006), the groundwater monitoring program continued.
No other site disturbances have occurred.
Reclamation accomplished to date and during the preceding year:
No reclamation has occurred on the site.
^ New disturbances anticipated to occur during the upcoming year:
The applicant anticipates beginning Phase 2 (mining operations) during the upcoming year. As agreed in
Technical Revision 1, SW Chambers, LLC will notify the DMG and post the bond in its entirety prior to
commencing Phase 2.
Reclamation that will be performed during the coming year:
It is not anticipated that any reclamation will be performed during the upcoming year
Dates for the beginning of active operations:
Exact dates for the beginning of active operations cannot be determined at this time,
Date active operations ceased for the year, if any:
Active operations have not yet begun at this site.
