(BMRI) - San Luis <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Bi-Weekly Water Sampling - August 3, 1993 <br />Dear Mr. Oehler: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratpries <br />for the bi-weekly water samples collected on August 3, 1993 <br />as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross- <br />reference table between sample identification numbers and <br />sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, <br />calculated free and wad cyanide values for the proces8 point <br />samples are enclosed. <br />No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols, TR-006, <br />were noted for any of the samples collected. wells M~9, <br />M-12, and M-13 were sampled. Samples were collected dt <br />surface water station RS-5; a duplicate sample of RS-9 was <br />also collected for quality control. The five process points <br />were sampled.
