Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date
of snbnrittal determined in consultntion yvith the pernrittee. The anmral hydrologic report shall
contain at a minimtmr:
The report was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on Febntary 10, 1999
under a Stephen Self letter of January 28, 1999. No submittal date is stated in the permit ("An
annual hydrology report will be submitted to the Division afrer completion of the calendar year."
