C-81-034 to modify the hydrolDGic monitoring Droaram for the Red Canyon <br />Mine. Our initial review indicates that all items required by the Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act, CRS 34-33-101 et seq. have not been submitted. <br />Therefore, your application has been deemedincomplete for the purpose of <br />filing on this date.
