Certification
of second order accuracy with projected second order allowable variance
is also enclosed. We have also enclosed a map of mine development as of
December 1988. The map shows a conservative angle of draw to the surface.
The angle of draw shows that Monument 1 would be the only monument affected
prior to the next monitoring survey. The surveys of 5-1985, 9-1985, 12-
1985, and 3-1986 included Monuments 2, 7, 8, 9, 10. These four surveys
comprise stable baseline data for these monuments. Monument 2 will again
be included in the survey as mine development expands to that point.
Sincerely,
~~ ~s
Linda Limbach
Eastside Coal Company, Inc.
SS/11
Enclosures
