Salt Creelc will begin
to submit its Annual Hydrologic reports structured the same as the
normal water year (October 1 through September 30). Since the
operation has had no effect upon tl~ie hydrology of the area and to
eliminate the need for t-wo reports in one year, Salt Creek suggests
that tl-, r• „ex~t report be subrnit~ted in the fall of 1988. Compliance
with this schedule will eliminate the report in L'he fall. of 1987
whicl-, would only cover about six rtionths.
Salt Creek will continue to combine the data from both mines to
compile the report. This is necessary because the mines are close
togc:the:r and impact the same area of f=ast Salt Creek. Two copies of
tine report will be submitted so that the Division will have copies
for botr, mire filca.
Please call if there are questions.
Sincerely, /
~~-lii~G
John M.
