It was prepared
in August and sent to our accounting department for a check
and aot lost in the shuffle.
The attatched information constitutes an annual report for
1981-82. Please consider this as notice to continue mining.
The aerial photo shows mining complete to date. We have re-
excavated and enlarged lake "C" to recover material not pre-
viously mined. This change in the mining plan was discussed
and confirmed by letter with Jay Lucas last Fall. The land
area involved is approximately 10 acres. When we complete
Lake "C" it appears at this time that our operations will
move to Lake "A" to de-water and recover material not pre-
viously mined. We are currently preparing an MLRB applica-
tion for lands East of our operation and South across the
Colorado River. Total area involved in these plans is
about 95 acres, affected area will be maybe 10 acres, de-
pending on the business activity.
As stated in the Reclamation Plan, reclamation shall commence
in 1984. Where ever possible banks shall be graded to 3:1
slope as mining progresses. Please find enclosed our check
for $350.00 to satisify our 1982 annual fee. In researching
our records we find the 1981 fee was paid in June 1982, a
copy of that cancelled check is also enclosed.
r ruly Y ,
Robert W.
