TR-O10 specifies a simple <br />monthly average for regulating pond compliance. The August averages are as follows: <br />Tailings Pond 0.02 ppm CN-wad, 0.22 ppm CN-total. Collection Pond 0.07 Fpm CN-wad, <br />0.1 1 ppm CN-total. <br />The August simple averages show compliance with our permit standards of 3.8 ppm CN- <br />wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
