thoroughly worlo:d art the requiremma for demonsaating that discharges qualify far a storm exemption with
Division repreaemativa. Yatt form hater appeazs m address all azeas of colrern.
On this basis. the discharges addressed m these letters have been determined to qualify for exemption from primary
limiradona for total suspended solids a~ total iron, as requested.
Please note staffing changes in the Wader Quality Cotmrol Division. Patricia NeLYOn has not bees with the Division
for ova l to years a~ Kathleen Sullivan (Ralamen) has been gone for several momhs. We request that you
change the headings of your leaers w reflect this. Please address your letters to David Aker, Manager, Water
Quality Protecaion Section. Since the recent Division reorgattiradon, Dave is the person who attpetvises
compliance and enforcement activities. We have not yes hired someone to fill Kathleen's posman so there is m
specific person to more d'aectly address your haters. Dave will see that they get m the proper person.
