The following are the items that were discussed via our phone
conversation and outline the commitments and format for future
reports.
Format for future reports include:
1. The relative monument profiles. For 1993, the J series.
2. The total amount of subsidence as taken from the
original elevation, not just the "E" seam mined will be
given.
This amount will be in the column labeled "total."
3. A more detailed narrative in the introduction of the
report, giving the angle of draw, results of monitoring
rows and the updip/downdip of gob details.
4. Commitment to measure monuments 87-817 when the second
panel of mining of the "E" seam is complete.
5. Include the longwall panels from the "F" seam mining
operation on the maps of "E" seam mining.
6. 8 series monument line, missing from last two reports.
In addition, Empire Energy has agreed to send the following:
• The data showing the original elevations for the A and D
series of monuments.
• Any historical information on the A and D series of
monuments.
This concludes my review. If you have any questions concerning the
above-mentioned items, please feel free to call me at: 866-3567.
Thank you for your cooperation, I look forward to your response.
Sincerely, ~ _
~/~Shawn E.
