Rule 4,05.13(4)(e): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division anrmally with the date
of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. Tke armual hydrologic report shall
contain ata mininuun:
The report is in compliance with [his rule. The submittal date is "by the end of the following
February" (PAP page 59).The report, dated Febmary 2001, was received in the Division of Minerals
and Geology (Division} on February 12, 2001 under a Stephen Self letter of February 9,2001.
Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water
year;
Water quantity data was submitted by calendar year in-lieu-of water year. The requirement is
calendar year (PAP page 59). There was no discharges from the sedimentation pond (Report Page
3). The preface section of the report does not identify the discharge point of the sedimentation pond
as a monitoring point.
Rule 4.05.13(4)(e)(ii): Water gtmlity data obtained frorn each monitoring site during the water year;

The report is in compliance with this rule with the exception that water quality data was submitted
by calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 59}.
Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii): If required by the Division, n written interpretation of the data and
identification of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance.
The report is in compliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the data,
but a summary of impacts is provided in the report. Impacts are reported as within the probable
hydraulic consequences as presented in the Pemut (Report Page 5). The Harvey Gap Reservoir outlet
conductivity values of 2000 ranged from 505 to 666. Baseline values ranged (PAP, Table 8, page
57) ranged from 500 to 700. Seep values during the year ranged from 835 to 1025 (historic base line
values ranged from 900 to 1400). The 2000 conductivity values of samples from the Harvey Gap
