[~~elte: <br />Section 39-32-110(e1 of the Colorado f4ined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />. the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue hlining Operations. The Notice <br />of Zntent'sha11 contain an annual fee of SS0.00 and a map or star_ement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during previous uear; <br />(b) tite land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is February 17 <br />and annual fees for t.4e year(s) 78-79 and 81-82 totalling 5 100.00 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Zntent to Continue hiining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
