Items that have occurred in the
past year are that the pit property was transferred to a corporation(Bachus Pit,
Inc.)of which I am the sole shareholder and the President. Also, I was able to
have three board members of the Commonwealth Irrigation Company visit the
pit site and they unanimously concur that the ditch I have shown on the maps in
the past is not their ditch but rather my own personal ditch and that it has not
been used but once in the last 50 years. This will allow me to bury the ditch and
it will no longer be relevant to my mining operation. A copy of the letter from
the irrigation company will be enclosed with my application for a 112
conversion.
Si erely,
J
DameI M. sell
