CANTRICK <br />LEONARD LOUKONEN, et al., <br />Plaintiffs, <br />v. <br />COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD, et al., <br />Defendants. <br />Affiant, Joel W. Can trick, being duly sworn, states as <br />follows: <br />1. I held the position of Solicitor General of the State <br />of Colorado from June 1, 1982 to May 1, 1983. <br />2. I have served in the Office of the Attorney General <br />since 1976. Prior to assuming the position of Solicitor <br />General, I was First Assistant Attorney General in charge of <br />the Natural Resources Section, a position I held from 1979 <br />to 1982. From 1978 to 1979, I was Chief of Labor Unit in the <br />Human Resources Section. From 1976 to 1978, I was Assistant <br />Attorney General in the Litigation and Human Resources Sections. <br />3. Prior to joining the Attorney General's staff, I <br />spent three years in general civil and criminal practice in <br />the State of Texas. <br />4. I was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court <br />of Texas in 1973, and before the Supreme Court of Colorado <br />in 1976. Other bar admissions are as follows: United States <br />Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits; United <br />States District Courts for the District of Colorado, Northern <br />District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, and Eastern <br />District of Texas. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />
