SECTION 6 - 2004 ANNUAL REPORT CROSS SECTIONS (MAPS) <br />RULE REQUIREMENT <br />RULE 2.04.13(1)(a-f) <br />2.04.13(1) by February I5, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall <br />file an annual reclamation report covering the previous calendaz yeaz for all azeas <br />under bond. The report shall include, but not limited to, text, discussion and maps <br />which address: <br />o (a) the name and address of the permittee and permit number <br />o (b) location and number of acres disturbed during that year <br />o (c) location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year <br />o (d) location and number of topsoiled during that year <br />o (e) the species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during <br />that year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices <br />o (f) location, number of acres and date of planting for al] previously <br />revegetated areas <br />• Rule 2.04.13(2) the Permittee may provide additional monitoring information as <br />• required by the approved permit <br />GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />Cross sections 1-3 illustrate the elevation difference of the post -mining, original and <br />existing topography. In addition we have the predicted post -mining topography and <br />Bottom "F" Seam. Along the cross -section we have noted the following delineations <br />for each cross section: <br />• Disturbance Limit <br />• Mining Limit <br />• Phase II Bond Release <br />• 2001 Regraded <br />• 2002 Regraded <br />• 2003 Regraded <br />• 2004 Regraded <br />The predicted post -mining topography matches the recent aerial flight dated 10/2004. <br />Therefore, Colowyo is on track with the post -mining topography targets. <br />• <br />
