The adequacy questions outlined in our letter of March <br />14, 1995 are resolved, except that a minor revision must still be <br />approved which clarifies the subsidence monitoring and report <br />submittal schedule. This matter is addressed in the pending Minor <br />Revision No. 28. <br />We recommend that you implement the schedules proposed in the Minor <br />Revision as you proceed with 1996 monitoring and reporting.
