I reviewed the supplemental Foidel Creek Mine 1998 subsidence survey data submittal which
you forwarded to my attention. This report presents survey data addressing two topics:
(1) County Road No. 33 Monuments above Panel No. 6
These two pages present corrected data renditions for stations No. 111, No. 112 and
No. 113. The original report contained obvious computational busts in the "CUM" fields
for these monuments over time. This submittal remedies that problem.
(2) Detailed survey data for the WOLCOTT TAP-WOLCOTT (PSC) POWER LINE,
WESTERN AREA POWER ADMINISTRATION POWER LINE, and the HAYDEN-
GORE PASS POWER LINE.
These reports may respond to some deficiency originally noted in your review.
However, they do not respond to any of my three original deficiency comments.
One comment in my original adequacy memorandum of March 12, 1999; remains unresolved.
No data has been provided by Twenty Mile Coal Company addressing the surface hydrology
(impounded storage volume) of the four subsidence created "sag ponds" formed within the
channel of Foidei Creek.
