Lamm <br />Governor <br />112 Annual Fee Letter <br />In order to continue your mining operation, annual fees, report, and map are <br />required pursuant to 34-32-116(1)(x) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S 1973, as amended. Fees are based upon a schedule of $350.00 if the <br />operation is an open mininy operation of 10 acres or more and $275.00 for any <br />other operation 10 acres or more. <br />NAME: Cecil E & Kenneth D. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations (Annual Report) to <br />bring the Division up-to-date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on <br />the site.
