In order to maintain your mining operation in compliance with the law, the
annual fees, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3) and (4) must be
submitted annually on or before your permit anniversary date. The fees,
report, and map are or a previous years mining season, and are due and
payable unless your reclamation bond is released in its entirety before your
anniversary date. Fees are based upon a schedule of 5350 if your operation is
an open mining operation and 5275 for any other operation.
