ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />Location and number of acres reclaimed during the report year. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The gravel from this operation is used at Seneca Coal Company's Seneca mining <br />operations for road construction and road maintenance. During this reporting period <br />(June 1, 2003 to June 1, 2004), no gravel was produced. with the approval of Technical <br />Revision No. 02 to the permit in June 1996 by the CDMG, the permitted acreage for this <br />property increased from 36.3 to 96.5 acres. <br />1.
