Based on the timing of upcoming anniversary dates, it would be <br />acceptable to submit the annual fee for the W.R.E.N. P1t (M-78-044) on <br />June 17, 1988. The four other operations (M-77-439, 79-191, 85-026 and <br />86-050) could then be collected to a uniform date (ie. December 15, 1988 as <br />proposed), and annual fees submitted at this time. This will require that you <br />submit a technical revision request for each of the five permits in June to <br />effect this change. The following year, all five (5) annual reports and fees <br />could then be submitted on the December 15 anniversary date. <br />This arrangement has been that determined acceptable to the Division.
