Telluride Gravel provides the following information to comply with the Annual Report Requirements:
1. Status of Permit Bond:
The required permit bond is underwritten by Hanford Insurance Group.
The current bond is valid for the period 2/27/03 to 2/27/04.
See attached copies of bond invoice and payment.
2. Storm Water Management:
Telluride Gravel currently complies with the required State of Colorado Stormwater Management
Plan Requirements.
There are no water discharges to report.
3. Weed Control:
Telluride Gravel performs weed control to comply with permit requirements.
Weeds are pulled by Telluride Gravel and disposed of off-site by trash removal services.
4. Map of Current Disturbances and Reclamation Activities:
Mining activities are inactive and there are no changes to report.
