This <br />111.20 acre ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond is <br />$40,800.00. The reclamation bond was reviewed and determined <br />adequate during the past year, <br />Please refer to the Annual Report Map attached for items <br />discussed in this report. 6•:e will deal specifically with each of <br />the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Section 2.4.1 of the <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />2.4.1 <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year, we continued to remove <br />material processed in previous years and mine in the area <br />stripped in the past. The material is stockpiled in the north <br />central part of the area (yellow). The current areas of <br />disturbance are, Lake area, 79.75 ac.± (blue); 3h:ly below <br />water bank slopes, 8,566 linear feet (orange); Bank stabili- <br />zation & fish habitat, 1.65 ac.± (dark green); topsoil <br />stockpiles, 3.88 ac.± (brown); Roads, 5.30 ac.±; Plant <br />site/stockpiles, 4.69 ac.± (yellow); above water sloping <br />complete, 5.05 ac.± (gray). <br />ti~ <br />
