Banta, Director MINED 4MI~u <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division RECLAMATIC)N DIVI~10~1 \\\qD <br />215 Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203-2273 <br />Dear Mr. Banta: <br />In response to your letter of September 18, 1989, the Cotter Cor- <br />poration submits this annual report and permit fee for 1989 on their <br />C-CM-25 mine (File M-77-307). <br />As your letter indicated, this mine is on a "Temporary Cessation" <br />status and no new surface disturbance has occurred during the cessation <br />period. Surface disturbance remains the same as originally permitted; <br />however, two of the vent areas have not been utilized (see enclosed map). <br />No new surface disturbance is anticipated during the coming year. <br />As all permitted acreage is used during operations, reclamation of <br />this property cannot begin until the mine is closed. <br />Routine surveillance and maintenance of the area is being carried out <br />to maintain the mine in an operable condition. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at our Nucla office. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
