Four (4) copies of this report were also <br />forwarded to the Office of Surface Mining <br />Reclamation and Enforcement to the attention of <br />Rick Holbrook (Western Field Office - Denver) and <br />one (1) copy was sent to Donna Griffin (Albuquerque <br />Field Office). <br />The ground and surface water quality statistical <br />summaries should be reviewed with caution.
