In order to maintain your minino operation in compliance with the law, the -annual
fees, report, and map reouired by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3) and (4) must be submitted
annually on or before your permit anniversary date. Fees are based upon a
schedule o i your operation is an open mining operation and $275 for any
