This mine does not have a phased reclamation plan. There were <br />no additional acres affected during this report year, and no additional disturbance is anticipated for <br />the next report year. <br />A new map is not included, as no changes have occurred since the last annual report. This mine <br />operates as an intermittent operation, per the Division's approval. <br />Cotter Corporation has reviewed the sufficiency of the Financial Warranty for Permit No. M-77-307, <br />C-CM-25 Mine, and has determined that the current bond value of $2,500. held under Bond No. <br />U2155981 of the State of Colorado, is insufficient to cover all DMG related reclamation costs.
