The <br />classification of the reach of Dry Creek at the HG Loadout is aquatic life warm 2, recreation 1 a, <br />and agriculture. Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality parameters are discussed in <br />the AHR as well. <br />CWQCCR 41 <br />Basic standards for ground water are contained in this regulation. Basic standards for ground <br />water are addressed in Tab 7 of the PAP. An HGTI's opinion is that the Dry Creek alluvial <br />groundwater is of "Limited Use and Quality". See Appendix 7-2 of the PAP. One purpose of <br />alluvial well HGDAL4 monitoring is to validate this opinion. <br />There are a number of wells registered with the State engineer in or near the specified area. A <br />current review will determine if there are any domestic, agricultural, or other uses of groundwater <br />from the Dry Creek alluvium. <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System <br />See Surface Water above. CDPHE Permit COG-850000, Facility COG-850008, applies to the <br />site.
