Recharge rates appear to approximate premining recharge rates. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4) Monitoring Report Requirements <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(a) The data collected, including analytical results, shall be tabulated on a site by <br />site basis and kept on file at the mine office for inspection by the Division. These data shall be <br />submitted to the Division as required in 4.05.13(4)(c). <br />The data, compiled in AHRs, is maintained at the offices of Hydro-Environmental Solutions, <br />Inc.,57 10"' Street, Suite B, in Steamboat Springs, CO. The data is submitted to the Division in <br />the AHRs. <br />Rule 4.05. ] 3(4)(b) Ground water and surface water data collection shall be based upon a water <br />year (October 1 through September 30), unless otherwise approved by the Division. <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The Permit Application Package (PAP) calls for an <br />annual-yeaz report (page 3, Tabl4) in lieu of a water year. Cumulative data is presented through <br />January 1 through December 31. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c} A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date <br />of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report is an annual report. It is due by Mazch 1 of each following calendar year (PAP, Tab <br />14, page 3). Solutions requested, and the Division approved, a request for extension until April 1, <br />2006. The 2005 report cover letter was dated Mazch 29, it was received at the Division on March <br />30, 2005. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i) Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water <br />year; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule.
