Pre-mining subsidence data is presented within the body of the report on the
subsidence monitoring table.
MLRD Concern
2. A-2 is improperly referenced on the A-series profile as A-1. Please correct, if necessary, for
future reporting.
TCC Response
TCC will correct the report as requested.
MLRD Concern
3. The subsidence profile, B-series, has seven additional points between B-13 (725 ft.) and B-12
(1,450 ft.). What is the origin of these data points?
TCC Response
These points are TCC in-house monitoring points which were included to help dress the profile.
TCC will remove these points from future reports to alleviate confusion.
MLRD Concern
4. As per Rule 2.10.3(1)(k) please submit (with future subsidence reports) a map showing the
subsided underground mining area superimposed on a 1:6000 scale map of the existing surface
topography (i.e. including post-mining topography after any surface mining). The underground
areas indicated need not be detailed. Potentially, subsided panels and areas to be mined in the
following six month period need to be delineated. This will assist the Division in monitoring
surface features such as the Twentymile Sandstone Cliffs and Fish Creek as they may be affected
by future mining activities.
