Colorado 80203 <br />Re: 2005 Annual Reclamation Report; Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG file C-92-080) <br />Deaz Mr. Kaldenbach: <br />The following information is submitted to fulfill the requirements of Rule 2.04.13 for the <br />annual reclamation report for the Carbon Junction Mine. <br />a). The name and peimit number of the mine and the name and address of the permittee <br />aze: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG pernut number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 telephone (940) 322-4772 <br />b). No additional acreage was disturbed in 2005. None of the maintenance activities <br />undertaken in 2005, including ditch cleaning, barrel containment, and road maintenance, <br />entailed additional disturbance. _ - ' "- - <br />c). No additional backfilling and final grading took place at the Carbon Junction Mine <br />during 2005. North Pit backfilling was estimated to be 60 percent complete as of the end <br />of 2005. Approximately 40 percent of the post-mine Cazbon Junction Channel <br />construction remains to complete as of the end of 2005. <br />d). No additional topsoil replacement took place during 2005. <br />e). No additional revegetation, augmented seeding or cultural practices were undertaken <br />in 2005. <br />c~i c ' , <br />
