There is no need for reclamation as the quarries are <br />left open as no new ground is disturbed. The areas have new tree growth from <br />adjoining pine trees. The rubble piles are-left in piles and lichen will cover <br />the exposed rock in about 50 years and then they will be harvested. During <br />rainy periods water will collect in some old quarries for game and employees to use. <br />14.
