During the period development was disr_ontinued and second mining of the developed entries started. Entries to the south were sealed. Water was pumped during working hours from behind the seals cif the Second East Section. Discharge from the mine is being monitored in accordance with the re- quirements of Stipulation Nos. 1 an 2 and the NPDES permit. Copies of discharge logs, sample logs, NPDES reports, and Mine Map is enclosed.
