11. Comments: Please see the attached map for the areas affected. Actual mining operations began
August 2001. The aggregate plant was set-up as shown on the attached map. Phase 1 has been
affected/mined. part of the Lupton Bottom Ditch was mined through and replaced. The conveyor
shown on the moo between Phases 1 and 2 has been installed in a concrete culvert under the ditch.
and approximately 3 acres of Phase 2 has been affected. We may affect the rest of Phase 2 next year.
