Upon review of <br />our files, it appears that we collected annual fees for a regular permit <br />(112), i,e. 5350.00/year, as opposed to the actual limited impact permit (110) <br />issued for this operation, i.e. E50.00/year, from 1985 through 1987. Enclosed <br />please find a E900,00 refund for the overpayment of annual fees for 1985, 1986 <br />and 1987. <br />The computer file has been corrected, such that future annual fee/report <br />notices will reflect the E50,00 required annual fee. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Camille M.
