The disturbance was created to accommodate access and haul roads, coal stockpiles, coal crusher and conveyors, coal loadmg structure, railroad loop and spur, surface water diversion and collection ditches and sediment impoundments. ACRES 1N ACTIVE MINING AREAS: There is no acnve mining occurring at the Hayden Gulch Loadout. This is a loadout facihry~ that is independent of any active mining areas. The faciliR' has been in temporan~ cessation since November 1997. ACRES SEEDED/PLANTED FOR LAST 10 YEARS OR MORE: Approximately 70.8 acres of [he 97.1 disturbed acres hate been seeded as shown on Exhibit 10.1, Vegetation Map (see Tab 10). Tlus area is designated as DHG - Revegetated H&G Dismrbance on the exlubtt. This area was seeded with a perennial seed mixture m the early 1980's by H-G Coal Company, the previous owner and operator of the Ha}'den Gulch Loadout. LOCATION OF DISTURBED, BACKFILLED AND GRADED, TOPSOILED, AND SEEDED AREAS FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR: No additional areas were disturbed or reclaimed dtumg the reporting period. REVEGETATION DESCRIPTION FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR: No areas were revegetated during the reporting period.
