In view of the fact that mining has not <br />occurred during 1996 only one copy of the mine projects with subsidence <br />monitoring locations is attached. Let me know if that is a problem or you <br />would need an additional copy. As you will note the reports recommend that <br />monitoring of lines A, B, C, D and S be terminated, and that monitoring of line <br />J, and points H1 - H3 and N1 - N3 be suspended until mining resumes at <br />Empire. Empire is requesting that the Division review and approve these <br />changes to the subsidence monitoring program.
