Visual surveys were completed <br />in the Spring and Fall during the absence of snow. There was no evidence of subsidence <br />observed. <br />Note: Surface subsidence was evident along county road #65 over longwall panel 10. Damage <br />consisted of tension cracks causing some deformation of the asphalt roadway. The <br />damage was repaired promptly by Rio Blanco County road crews, and appropriate speed <br />control signs were posted at the damage area.
