A parcel of land being part of that certain land designated the "Gravel
Pit Parcel" described in Book 271 at Page 580 of the Eagle County Records;
lying in Tract 47 of Sections 1 and 2 and in Tract 51 and Tract 53 of
Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
County of Fagle, State of Colorado; said parcel being more particularly
described as follows, to wit;
Beginning at Corner No. 15 of the aforementioned "Gravel Pit Parcel" from
which the Closing Corner of the common line between Sections 2 and 3 with
the northerly line of Tract 52. of said Township and Range bears
