Laws - H.B. 3065). <br />The following items moat be submitted in order for the application <br />to ba considered as filed: <br />1. A Prohibited Laada Statement - You moat specify that the mining <br />opgsnatfionis sot located an any of the lands described in Rule <br />1.86(9} of the Ru1ea & Regulations and Section 34-32-1i5(3)(f} <br />of [he Act. <br />2. Local Government Approval - In addition to the June 21, 1977 <br />letter frnM Aduna County, ae seed to see the November 16, 1976 <br />decision to assure your paoposed operation complies with any and <br />all conditions impaeed by the County. <br />3. Source of Legal Right to En6ar - The County Resolution shows only <br />that the property is properly zoned Por an extraction operation. <br />We need a copy of the dead showing Hazeltine Investment Aasaciates <br />as owner of the land.
