<br />rcccivc, and hold all sums of money, debts, dues, commercial paper, checks, drafts,
<br />accounts, deposits, legacies, bcyucsls, devises, notes, intcresls, stock ccrtilicatcs,
<br />bonds, dividends, ccrtilicatcs of deposit, annuities, pension, profit sharing, retirement,
<br />social security, insw'ancc and other contractual benefits and proceeds, all documents
<br />of title, all property, real or personal, tangible and intangible propoa'ty and pt'opcrty
<br />rights, and all other demands whatsocvcr, liyuidalcd or unliquidatcd, now owned rn'
<br />hcrcaftcr acquired by, or due, owing, payable or belonging to mc, or in which 1 may
<br />have or may hcrcaftcr acquire an interest; to have, use and take all lawful means,
<br />and to seek all Icgal and equitable remedies and proceedings, in my name fur the
<br />collection of the same; to forgive, adjust, scli, compromise or agree with respect to
<br />the same; and to cxccutc and dclivcr for mc, on my behalf and in my name, all
<br />endorsements, releases, receipts or other sufficient discharges for the same.
<br />1.2 Acquisition and Disposition. To acquire, purchase, exchange, option, sell,
<br />convey, mortgage, Icasc or in any manner deal in or with, real or personal property,
<br />tangible or intangible, or any intcresls therein on such terms and conditions as my
<br />agent dccros proper.
<br />1.3 Management. To maintain, repair, improve, invest, manage, insw'c, rcpt,
<br />Icasc, encumber and in any manner deal with any real or personal property, tangible
<br />or inWngiblc, or any interest lha'cin, that 1 now own or hcrcaftcr acyuirc, in my
<br />name and for my bcncfit, upon such terms and conditions as my agency dccros

<br />1.4 Banking. To make, sign, rcccivc, endorse, assign and/ur dclivcr checks, drafts,
<br />notes, securities or other orders for the payment of money; deposit and withdracw
<br />funds, acquire and redeem ccrtilicatcs of deposit, in banks, savings and loan
<br />associations and other institutions; and cxccutc or release such deeds of a ust or other
<br />security agreements as may be necessary or proper in the cxcrcisc of the rights and
<br />powers herein granted.
